Embroidered Cardigan

Asos trousers (similar) | New Look top (similar) | Tulchan cardigan (similar) | Principles heels (purchase here)

I'm glad that embroidery is making a comeback. I think embroidered clothing is so lovely. Unfortunately I couldn't find the cardigan I'm wearing online anywhere but I've linked a similar one above that I like. I've teamed the cardigan with a pair of high waist khaki trousers (I love khaki and beige together), a white pair of shoes and a white vest top. I find that white tops can be quite see-through sometimes, but it helps to wear a nude coloured bra underneath; it's a lot less visible than a white one.
The pictures were taken in Old Colwyn and Deganwy. The trip to Deganwy gave me a chance to try out the cocktails at The Quay, which is where I am in the last picture.

Brown, Beige & Orange

I spent ages wondering what colour trousers to use with this outfit. It was the only thing I was missing and nothing was working for me. Eventually I settled for beige and I think I made the right choice.
I'm in love with these shoes. Orange is one of my favourite colours to wear, so I incorporate it into my outfits whenever I can. I really like how the colour of the shoes helps bring out the orange parts of the top I'm wearing and make the outfit more bright and colourful overall.
The pictures above were taken out and about in Llandudno.

Orange Floral Dress

Wallis dress (similar) | Tory Burch cardigan (purchase here) | George shoes (similar)

Bright orange clothing isn't everyone's first choice but personally I'm a huge fan. I love bright colours. I bought this dress in a sale at my local BHS and I'm really happy with my purchase. I couldn't find it online anywhere so I've linked a similar one above. I've toned down the boldness of the dress with a neutral pair of shoes and cardigan.
Shoes aren't usually something I spend a whole lot of money on unless I'm feeling dangerous. I'm accident prone and I'm always scuffing them or getting them dirty. I'd much rather pick up a pair of £10 shoes than endure the emotional turmoil associated with ruining an expensive pair. I bought these shoes from Asda; they were cheap, matched my outfit and they've held up pretty well so far.
The photos were taken in Betws-y-Coed where I spent the day with my family.

Navy & White

Very bodysuit top (purchase here) | Wallis jeans (purchase here) | Lilley (Shoe Zone) shoes (similar) | Gucci scarf

I love scarves, especially silk ones. For this outfit I decided to use my Gucci scarf that I bought from Vestiaire Collective a few months ago for a great price. I rarely wear white jeans because it's so difficult to keep them clean, but they fit so well with the rest of the outfit that I decided to risk it.
I took most of these photos around Llandudno today. There are some really nice Alice in Wonderland themed sites as you can see above. After that, I went for cocktails at The Mulberry in Conwy which I really enjoyed.

Mustard Dress

H&M dress (purchase here) | Isabel Marant jacket (purchase here) | F&F heels (similar) | Swarovski necklace (similar)

So I'm back in north Wales. I had a good day taking photographs at some local sites. I stopped for lunch and cocktails afterwards at The Station in Colwyn Bay, which is a really nice place to try out if you happen to be in the area. My mother insisted on taking pictures of the cocktails before I was allowed to drink them; she's taking her new found role as my fashion blog photographer way too seriously.
I styled my outfit around a mustard coloured dress that I bought recently from H&M, which I'm in love with. I hope you like what I put together.

First Post

It has been an aspiration of mine for a long time to start a fashion blog. I spent a couple of days in Bristol with my family this week and I thought it would be a good opportunity to take some pictures for my first post. I had a good time touring all the Banksy murals and other wonderful street art. The hotel was lovely; the bar served some amazing cocktails (highlight of my trip).
